You build, with Claude, a product that tens of thousands of people learn from every day: the shops and course pages in Next.js, the Flutter mobile app, and the Firebase back office with agents for support, sales and content. One person, the whole stack, and you choose which end you start from.

Full description

What you will build in the first quarter

  • A cart and checkout for several courses at once, with discounts a parent can understand in one sentence.
  • A leaderboard in the app: the student sees where they stand, and we see what it does to retention.
  • A first-line support agent that knows when to hand over to a human, with evaluation: what we measure, when we switch it off, what it costs.

Who we are looking for

  • You have things behind you that people use. You will show them, not talk about them.
  • You work with Claude Code daily and know when its output is fit to merge and when it is not.
  • You work without a finished spec: you take a student's problem, decide, ship, measure.
  • You say plainly what broke and fix it before the next release.

Requirements

  • At least one product shipped to real users that you co-built from design to release.
  • Fluency in TypeScript; plus Flutter or Firebase, and you master the other in weeks, not months.
  • At least one thing built on a language model or agents, about which you can say how you measured quality.
  • Polish spoken and written, English good enough for documentation and tools.

What we work with

Next.js with the App Router, Tailwind, Flutter, Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions), Claude Code, Agent SDK, MCP, Playwright, Figma.

How hiring works

  1. 1An application on edubite.pl/kariera: links to things you managed to build and three sentences on what broke in them. A CV is welcome, not required.
  2. 2A short task before the interview, on a real problem from our list. We reply within a week.
  3. 3A one-hour conversation about the task and your projects: decisions, numbers, what would be worth doing differently today. Then an offer.

How to apply

What counts is what you managed to build and ship, not the list of technologies in your CV.

You make content that teaches and travels on its own: reels and posts for the subject profiles of Matematyka Gryzie and Nauka Gryzie, plus e-mail campaigns to students and parents. You do not post other people's material, you invent your own, with Claude as a tool for the work, not instead of it.

Full description

What you will do in the first quarter

  • Reel series for two subjects that gain reach and teach something in 30 seconds.
  • A quarterly content calendar built around exams and the school rhythm.
  • Three e-mail campaigns to students and parents, with measurement of what worked.

Who we are looking for

  • A creator, not a scheduler: you have ideas, not only a calendar.
  • Someone who knows how students talk today and can show it on camera.
  • Someone who checks the numbers after every post and changes course when something does not work.

Requirements

  • A portfolio of content you made: reels, posts, campaigns. You will show it in the application.
  • Canva and CapCut in daily work, basics of e-mail marketing.
  • Working with Claude for writing, ideas and analysis.

What we work with

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, MailerLite, Canva, CapCut, Claude.

How hiring works

  1. 1Application via RocketJobs: a portfolio and a few sentences about you and why this role. A CV is welcome, not required.
  2. 2A short task before the interview: a reel series idea for one subject.
  3. 3A conversation about the task and your content: what worked, what did not and why. Then an offer.

    contract of mandate

You run the calendar and affairs of a one-person board, look after the company's contacts and organise live events, from the venue to the catering. When something needs sorting out, you call, you drive, you sort it out, and “it can't be done” is where the conversation starts. Claude and Google Workspace are your everyday tools.

Full description

What you will do in the first quarter

  • The board's calendar for the quarter: meetings, travel, official deadlines, no collisions and no asking twice about the same thing.
  • The first AI × Voices meetup for a hundred people: venue, catering, speakers on site, afterparty, all locked in before 23 October.
  • A tidy company contact base: who, on what, when last, with message templates in Claude.

Who we are looking for

  • Someone who gets things done: a call, a visit, three alternatives when the first road is closed.
  • Organising live events is a big plus: at least one you managed to pull off from start to finish.
  • Precision and initiative: you see what needs doing before anyone asks, and you do not lose details.
  • Discretion: you see contracts and company matters, and none of it leaves the company.

Requirements

  • Very good command of working with Claude: you write, plan and organise with it every day.
  • Availability across Kraków: meetings, venues, offices, pick-ups.
  • Google Workspace: calendar, documents, spreadsheets.
  • Flawless Polish, communicative English, enough for e-mails and calls.

What we work with

Claude, Google Workspace, ClickUp, a phone, and a car or public transport.

How hiring works

  1. 1An application on edubite.pl/kariera: five sentences on something you recently got done despite obstacles. A CV is welcome, not required.
  2. 2A short task before the interview: a plan for a hundred-person event with a budget and a list of risks. We reply within a week.
  3. 3A conversation about the task and about what you do when someone says “it can't be done”, then an offer.

How to apply

What counts is what you managed to organise, not the list of programs in your CV.
