Programme

  • Maciej Caputa

    Co-founder and CEO of Edubite

    LinkedInmaciejcaputa.com

    “AI Powered Company”

AI in a company is not a tool but a ladder with three rungs: AI answers, AI works with you, AI works while you sleep. Maciej will show how Edubite, the company behind Matematyka Gryzie and Nauka Gryzie, climbed each rung, what broke along the way and which safeguards came out of it. Our courses are not made by AI, they are made by teachers. AI works around them. Everyone leaves with one thing to do the next day, whatever their level.

  • Konrad Bujak

AI Engineer, Independent Consultant, Host of GenAI Cracow

    LinkedInkonradbujak.com

“Why I recently purchased 17 domains”

Konrad started buying domains, new ones with a clean record. Sounds good, but what do you do with them? He built a system around them with Astro and Cloudflare, even though he writes Next.js day to day. The first surprise: search engines completely ignored his AI-generated page. Konrad will show what he started connecting, namely subagents, skills, MCP and APIs, so that we stop producing AI slop websites.

  • Przemysław Maciołek

Serial founder, PhD in machine learning

    LinkedIn

“LLMs and their manners, or what a model does when nobody is watching”

One of the fundamental traits of LLMs is that they generate answers in line with our moral and ethical principles, a property known as AI alignment. Przemek will show what AI knows about morality, how models are trained for alignment, how surprisingly easy it is to break them and how little their guardrails actually protect. He will also cover the phenomenon of one model having many personas and what that means for all of us.

  • “Video content analysis with Azure AI Video Indexer”

How do systems recognise a person in a video recording? Do you need advanced mathematics and your own trained models to work with AI? In this session Marcin will show how to detect people in video in practice with ready-made AI services in the Microsoft Azure cloud. Step by step he will walk through a simple scenario: from a video recording, through image analysis, to a result that can trigger an “alert, threat!”. No complicated formulas and no model training, but a real example instead. You will see what the architecture of such a solution looks like and which skills are worth developing to start a career in AI and the cloud.

Questions we get

Do I need to know AI to come?

No. Speakers describe what they built and how, without an academic lecture. You will fit in whether you work with AI daily or are still looking for your first idea.

What language are the talks in?

Polish and English, depending on the speaker. The talk descriptions on this site come in both languages.

What does entry cost and do I have to sign up?

Entry is free, and sign-up is needed because fire rules cap the number of seats. Sign-up runs through Luma and takes a moment.

Are the talks recorded?

No. We take photos and short clips of the room, with no close-ups of the audience. Speakers are shown normally.

What happens at the afterparty?

After the last talk we move to a venue a few minutes on foot from the room. Pool or bowling and darts, until midnight, no agenda and no slides. Each month we pick a different place.

How do I find the room?

Hevre at Meiselsa 18 in Kraków. The room is one floor up.
